Much like the styles of old, the Headquarters of the Silver Cross resembles something between a mid-century castle and a Greek temple complete with lavish gardens and grand halls. Because the Headquarters was created on a plane called Limbo, there is nothing outside the Headquarters. Angels return to Earth and vice versa by using their Divine Weapon. They merely think of their destination and their weapon will take them there. The building itself is made out of opal colored granite, flickering torches sending gorgeous greens and pinks to reflect from the walls. It's a place of peace, where Angels can remain safe from Demons. Aside from the lavish building, it's purpose is strictly business. Most Angels are forbidden from "living" in Limbo as per the Goddess's decree. A group of four angels who “rule” above the Angels and take and distribute demon contracts are what make up the Silver Cross. They keep tabs on all Divine Weapons and oversee the placement of them. There are arguments among Angels that the Silver Cross is corrupt and that those who hold the four seats of Council, have blackmailed their stay there. But there has yet to be any evidence of this. The four seated on the council earned their seats long ago during the Holy Wars, during the first great battle between Angels and Demons. Each won their place by doing something different but had gained the attention and followers needed to take one of the seats. Most Angels see it as blasphemy to bad mouth the Council whose main purpose is to keep the Angels alive and in order. But there are still other angels who disregard the Council and work on their own. Each council member must be in agreement for a judgment to be passed. If even one of the council disagrees with something, a judgment cannot be passed. But this is rare.

Leo Saffron (Open Canon)
- Currently the holder of the First Chair of the Silver Cross. He is also the only reported son of the Arch Angel Michael. During the Holy Wars, when the war of the Angels and Demons came to a head, Leo was hailed a hero, successfully pushing back the hoards of demons and gaining a win for the Angels. At the time, he was gifted with the First Seat of the Silver Cross and has held fast to it since then. He currently holds and distributes demon contracts to the Angels. There is another rumor that he turns a blind eye to the killings of demons versus stripping them of their Magik.
Secundo Sella (second seat)
Quinn Afridine (Open Canon)
- Currently the holder of the Second Chair of the Silver Cross. Quinn literally took the chair out from underneath her father. Don't let her outward smiling personality fool you. There's a reason she holds the second chair; she's in charge of all the Divine Weapons gifted by the Goddess. and she knows how to use every single one of them flawlessly. She's the Angel you go to for training when you first acquire your Divine Weapon. She currently ranks number three in strongest Angels and remains, thus far, undefeated.
Tertius Sella (third seat)
Sari Caiden (Open Canon)
- Currently the holder of the Third Chair of the Silver Cross. Sari gained her position as a child. At the very beginning, she had been able to repeat words from the Goddess that, at first, had all Angels questioning but when she was able to prove herself, was immediately taken for a prophet. Being the only one on the Silver Cross who had never fought in battle, Sari tended to keep to herself, shutting herself away in the temple for long periods, hardly drawing attention to herself. Though she tends to keep out of the spotlight, her words and opinions are highly sought after since she has a strong connection to the Goddess.
Quartus Sella (fourth seat)
Roran Madoc
- Currently the holder of the Fourth Chair of the Silver Cross. Roran is the youngest Angel on the Silver Cross and was only elected as such because of his "skills" at being able to find specific people. Raised more around humans than his own kind, Roran can be found in very public places, even managing to make himself quite the name by becoming a famous rock star. But, like Quinn, don't let his "immaturity" fool you. There's a reason he holds one of the Chairs of the Silver Cross. Be it Angel, Demon or human, he will find you. And he has one dark secret; he enjoys seeing the pain of others. Put up a fight when he comes to find you, and he'll get you to where you need to be in anyway he sees fit. Currently infected with corruption.
